Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date must be paid in full.

A security / damage deposit of £300 / 300€ is required upon check in. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. All cancellations must be immediately notified by telephone and then by email. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start then your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.

Please note; we are a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings, so cancellations have a significant impact on us. 

  • The maximum occupancy of the property is 12.
  • Bookings can not be accepted from persons under the age of 21.
  • Check in is from 16.00 and check out is 10.00. 
  • No smoking is allowed inside the property.
  • Sorry no pets. 
  • Swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. 

We advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

How to pay your deposit and balance

We require 25% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before start of your holiday.

We accept payment by debit card, PayPal or electronic payment of funds into our UK account. Alternatively euro payments can be made into our French account (current £ to € exchange rates apply).
